"We were pleased to have hired Richard. He is a go-getter and was very proactive, customer focused and engaged through the process. The up front engagement/sales process was professional and smoothly transacted. Richard responded to all our questions in person and in emails and with photos. He also made a recommendation for a deck repair person that we engaged and were pleased with. During execution we did have some re-work which is what drives the overall rating to be a 4. We had a "supervisor"/lead person here throughout the job being one of the two workers but it is also this supervisor's work both in painting and in wood/caulking repair that had to be re-done. Had I not been home to spot the painting issue where wood was painted that was supposed to be left bare and was clearly delineated by Richard to the worker and in photos, the re-work would have been much more of a challenge but was fixed with paint remover and not too much effort. The wood/caulking work was quite clearly not well done initially by the "supervisor" either and was therefore redone when we pointed out our dissatisfaction in a walk through. I didn't have faith in the "supervisor"/lead person. The second person worked tirelessly and was what I'd call the workhorse. One thing that might have been improved is to have had a clearly communicated final inspection plan and date as I was a bit unclear when was to be called done as we had several walk throughs. Having several walk throughs is a positive thing but it would have been better to have the final clearly planned and communicated. Overall we recommend and are repeat Certapro Customers having used them at another home we owned in another state which is what drove us to favor the Company this time around."

"Would hire Reflections Window and Gutter again in a heartbeat. Strong professionalism and I did not feel like I was getting taken advantage of like so often happens with contractors. They did a great job power washing the front of my house which had deep rain water and dirt stains. "He was punctual and professional; he explained everything he was going to do and got right to work. I have a large dog and recently purchased the house (was first rug cleaning since purchase) from owners who also had a dog so there were apparently a couple stains that turned up during the cleaning. He offered, for an additional $25, to use a pet neutralizer on the stains but I declined due to the limited quantity (2) and size of the stains. He offered, twice, to do my upholstery but the couches were new so I also declined that service. He wasn't pushy in offering and I would use him again depending on the non Angie's list deal price.

"I contracted AAA Custom Painting to have my mom's house painted.  The quality of their work was excellent.  They sanded most of the house down to the bare wood, repaired areas of wood rot, primed and painted by hand (not sprayed), stained the deck, and fixed/replaced the screens on my mom's porch.  While working, they discovered a large sheet of rotted wood that wasn't originally visible for the estimate (it was beneath the exterior).  This could have been very expensive but they worked out a cost-effective solution that took about a day of carpentry.  This added $950 to the original $10,700 estimate which included labor and materials - I think this was a good price for the work that was done.  My mother was very pleased with their work as well (although some of her plantings got a little beat up - they warned us of this, however, and I believe they did what they could to minimize that damage).
They also worked very quickly; the job was completed in 10 days.
The price might seem a little high, but the exterior was in pretty bad shape and required a great deal of prep work.  Considering the amount of work needed, the price was reasonable.
I have but one issue.  Although they very nice people, they are not good about returning my phone calls or emails.  I wanted to hire them to power-wash the moss from my mom's roof (which previously I had spoken to them about - they quoted me a reasonable price that I agreed to) . I also wanted to get an estimate for some retaining wall work.  I've called or emailed them several times during the past four weeks and have not yet heard from them.
Bottom line, however, they did an excellent job."

A-1 did an outstanding job. They power-washed our deck very thoroughly, allowed it to dry completely before staining. This was difficult since we had many rain delays, but they did not rush until they were certain the deck was completely dry. Before staining, they sanded down the old stain so that the new stain would apply better and last longer. They applied the stain with a spay, then roller. Before staining they were very meticulous about taping around the outside walls and windows to protect those areas from any possible windblown stain from the sprayer. When finished, they returned a few days to examined any areas missed, and carefully touched up with a brush, and then moved everything back into place.

Overall, I was very happy with their work. They were prompt, pleasant, and took much pride in their work. The charge for their labor and work was fair, and not all excessive. I endorse them without any reservations and would certainly use them again.
