"Repeatedly failed to show as scheduled for over one month. No calls to reschedule. When called and asked why they didn't notify that they couldn't make scheduled service, they said they don't do that. They came once to look at roof and took pictures. Said they needed to take back to office for review. Never got feedback on what work needed done or how extensive the work would be."
