Reich and Son Roofing

Repeatedly failed to show as scheduled for over one month. No calls to reschedule. When called and asked why they didn't notify that they couldn't make scheduled service, they said they don't do that. They came once to look at roof and took pictures. Said they needed to take back to office for review. Never got feedback on what work needed done or how extensive the work would be.

The owner met with the affected residents before the job began to explain what to expect and about how long the process would take. The owner was onsite daily and responsive to questions and concerns arising during the job; the crew also cleaned up well when the job was finished. Because we were happy with the work, we have rehired them this year to replace additional roofs.

Came out on time for the estimate, presented a contract, came out and performed the work on-time and well. We liked that there are no sub contractors and that the owner is on-site for the job. Did very good work and would hire again.

he comes in saying that he can do it all, has 17 years experience, no problem, I got yer back bro...
asked for multiple draws, each time he received a draw, you didnt see him for a day or two,,,
did not complete on time, kept extending, 'helper' brought beer on site, kept starting and finishing, never there for more than 3 hrs at a time...
it was purely awful,,  it was like one person who saw the work said, what was I thinking, giving a flat roofer a paintbrush, he must have thought that it was a mop and a bucket of tar,,,  
I had to spend weeks re-doing his work just up to my standards,,,,
