"I would recommend Brian and his crew without reservation. They did a great job, at a very reasonable price, and finished the job on time and on budget. My floors are probably original to the house- 1898. They were dark, had many staples and nails in them (which I removed prior to hiring this company), and some boards were in need of repair or replacement. I was pleased with the outcome of the floors and stairs. Brian was the first person I invited over for an estimate and was by far the most professional. He was the only one that was straightforward in providing an estimate for the work and didn't beat around the bush. The other companies would not touch the stairs, as they said the work would be too complicated and not be worth it. One insisted all the floors would need to be replaced, another was going to take twice as long as Brian quoted and said it may end up costing more than the estimate they gave. They were able to start work almost immediately, and before I had time to rip out a closet in the one room that was built on top of the original floors. Brian did me a huge favor and agreed that they could take the closet out for me for an additional (and fair) cost."
