Lily even rearranged my daughter's room for me (I have NO sense of interior decorating!)!

After a misunderstanding about timing in December, all was worked out well. They were very responsive. They came on Monday, Jan 18 and did a FANTASTIC job! They moved through the house in a very organized manner and did a great job cleaning. The house looks and smells wonderful. I felt very comfortable having them in my home.

Overall, great experience. Very friendly and professional. Excellent quality of work and Lilly was very responsive to communication via the Angie's List website. Amazing deal for the discounted price from Angie's List ($89 for 4 hours). Keeping the house maintained since the cleaning (3 wks) has been so much easier since they did such a thorough job. I'm planning to hire them for regular service.
The only 2 things that I rated them B instead of A were punctuality and price - they arrived about 15 minutes late (past the window of 5:00 - 5:15pm), but stayed 20 minutes at the end to get everything completed as we discussed. I was off work that day so this wasn't an issue for me. Also, they were able to accommodate an evening schedule to prepare the house for a party, which was highly appreciated. Second,the quote for monthly cleanings was about $80 higher than what I paid for similar service at our last house in Virginia (4 hours each month, $110 - $120), and $40 higher than a quote from a different company ($160) that I tried a year prior. Casa Fina has, however, offered a 10% discount for the next cleaning, which is about $20 off $199/month.

Wow...I don't think my house has been this clean since I bought it! I purchased an Angie's List coupon: $79 for 4 hours of housecleaning, and I got the bargain of the century. Lilly and Anna if Casa Fina Cleaning were terrific! Completely professional, thorough, and expert at what they did. They vacuumed, dusted, scrubbed...they even moved the stove to clean behind it (and found a half-dozen cat toys in the process!). They arrived on time at 5 p.m. and left at 8:45. Every area I asked for was cleaned, include spaces I didn't think about, like the window in the front door. They brought their own supplies and equipment, too.
I will definitely use Casa Fina again, and highly recommend them to anyone who wants an excellent cleaning job.

Went fantastic!
I told them when the party was and they came at 5:30 the night before to do the cleaning.
I directed them as to where I needed cleaning, and they got right to work. They did a great job. They even changed the water in my cats' water bowl.
I highly recommend them.

I was referred to Casa Fina Cleaning by a close friend of mine that has been using them for over two years now. I first called Casa Fina in November of 2014 because I needed a full house cleaning before my guests arrived for Thanksgiving. At the time, I had another cleaning service that was unable to come and clean my home on the day I requested. Casa Fina was able to come the day I requested and I was very pleased with the work performed. They even organized my cluttered living room and gave me storage tips!
As I stated earlier, I had a different cleaning company come and clean my home on a bi-weekly schedule. After I hired Casa Fina I decided to stay with them because of their exceptional cleaning skills and professionalism. This was not an easy decision for me to make because I had the previous cleaning company service my home for about 3 years.
The hourly rate Casa Fina charges is slightly more than I am used to paying for a cleaning service. When I was grading their "Price" here on Angie's List I was going to give a B rating but then I thought about it a little more and decided to give them an A. With Casa Fina I definitely get what I pay for so it would be unfair if I gave them anything less than an A.
All in all, having a cleaning company that I can trust in my home and that provides quality cleaning is very important to me. I have been with Casa Fina for about 4 months now and I couldn't be anymore satisfied with their cleaning service.

Very pleasant and professional. Very thorough cleaning job.
However - scheduling has been very, very hard. Frequent need to reschedule, last minute cancellations, and so on.
If you have great flexibility in your schedule (we don't - we need a regular schedule that we can stay with most of the time), and don't mind last minute cancellations and rescheduling, Casa Fina may be a good fit for you. They are nice people, and good cleaners.
We just couldn't take another cancellation and reschedule. And they are not all that responsive to texts and emails.

They did fine. They were only here once but they did the job, they did it well and did what I expected. I think the price was fair. I would recommend them.

It was terrible. It was right after my surgery, she talked to me the whole time, and she didn’t clean. It was a guy and girl team, the guy was all right but the girl, she got a puppy in and she was playing with the puppy and she was talking. It was bad and I would never use them again. It was hard to get a hold of them. I had someone called me back after a month later. She was playing some kind of Brazilian weird music; she was dancing, playing with the dog and talking all the time. She was downstairs and he was upstairs, I didn’t even know if he was cleaning. She was complaining about all her other clients, on how picky they were, this and that. They came on time but they never called me back for a month. I was having surgery and I needed someone to clean my house but it was a terrible experience. The price was okay, $80 for four hours was good. I will never use them again.

Lilly was able to schedule my cleaning for a Saturday which I greatly appreciated. A young man and woman arrived on schedule and began to work immediately and non-stop. Bathrooms were spotless. Most of the other work performed was OK but some things that I had hoped to be done were not because my 2 hours didn't allow. I would have liked for them to stay longer to finish up vacuuming the upholstered furniture but they had been dropped off and their ride arrived right around the 2 hour mark.

I saw the Casa Fina Cleaning website which looked very professional. I had a few pleasant calls with the owner, Lily Sosic setting up a bi-monthly schedule and assuring me that I would have the same two people every time. From January through May 2013 this turned out not to be true because there were different cleaners almost every tIme. When I talked with her about this she would complain that she was unhappy with several of her employees and had to let them go. She sounded desperate to keep her business going and apparently settle for sending clients inferior workers instead of no one at all. Twice she sent two sisters who were bickering between themselves the entire time. A couple of times one of her cleaners brought her dog with her and kept it in it's carrier in my house while she cleaned. I left several messages for Lily which she did not return at all. If she finally returned a call she always had some drama going on either in her personal life or with her employees. Finally she said she and her sister were fantastic cleaners and that the two of them would take over and clean for us on our scheduled days. I was very excited and on my next scheduled day what happened ..... NO SHOW and NO CALL!!! Lily sounded like a nice person and I think her intentions were good but her business was very unprofessional and in my opinion was unacceptable. If you're looking for a service that is courteous, actually shows up and performs the way they advertise, you are probably better served looking someplace else!

I struggled with getting them scheduled. It took a number of calls to make that happen. There were also issues with communication with them. The cleaning was sufficient.

My experience with them was outstanding and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need of cleaning and anything else around their home. I had an upcoming event that I needed to prepare for and they were able to come in and clean my house and fix-up some problems spots in the yard. They did everything I needed to get done and couldn't have been more helpful. I was hesistant with prior poor experiences with other cleaning services but I couldn't have had a better experience. They were cleanly, professional and very friendly. They got the job done well and in a timely fashion. For the amount of work they did, I was also impressed with the price too. I will definitely be calling them again in the future with other jobs!
