We have 4 techs and an administrative assistant. Been serving the PGH area since 1997, We can assist with just about any aspect of computer questions or problems. We find cost effective reliable solutions for small business to perform like much larger organizations. One way travel charge for out of shop calls, $40 diagnosis fee can be applied to your service. Normal labor rate $80/hr. Most PC repairs cost $120-$160 WE SPEAK ENGLISH!

We also offer a remote assistance service for those with an active internet connection and the ability to download our remote help software. Our service area includes the greater Pittsburgh area & surrounding communities/suburbs but we can travel to outlying communities but there will be a mileage based trip charge. (Generally speaking, if you are within 20 miles of downtown Pittsburgh - there will not be a trip charge)
