Went to this business on a recommendation. I was not impressed when I walked in the front door. The store is cluttered and dirty. There are racy posters on the wall and broken electronics piled all over the place. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He gave an up-front estimate and approximate completion date. Phone calls were returned within a day. Mr. Penberthy called me two days later to inform me that the hard drive is irreparable and the repair would be more costly and take longer than anticipated. I authorized the repairs and I picked up the computer a week later. Most of my files were recovered and copied onto the new hard drive. I believe the price is fair. I would definitely take my computer back when I need repairs.
