Not much to say.  I took the machine to them.  When it was completed they called me.  I picked up the machine & paid them.

They couldn't recover the files, but it was a very complicated operation that would have required rebuilding the software to get to the data. I could tell they were trying, and they gave me a good price for a diagnostic. Turn-around time was good, and they mailed the stick back to me when I couldn't come out and get it.

My personal Dell laptop quit on me. They saved my data, contacted the manufacturer to find out it was still under warranty. They sent it out and had the motherboard replaced. They also noticed a piece of the case was chipped and had that replaced without me asking. They kept me informed every step of the way. They saved me time and trouble and It only cost me the deposit I made for the labor.

Fortunately, I had been backing up my files and also had all my software installation discs. Joe was very methodical installing all the programs and retrieving the data. He was great to work with very knowledgeable and thorough. In a little over 3 hours I was back to my work. They were a real time saver compared to going to one of the big box stores, looking at the various options, bringing it home, setting it up, installing the programs, reconnecting the modem, router, and setting up my two email accounts. I m very glad I called them.

I called In Home PC to see what their hours were and did they do in house visit. The response was quick and friendly. I asked when they could come out the owner told me just call and make an appointment when I was ready. Made the appointment. Joe came out to trouble shoot the computer, identified the problem and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He assured me when I go my computer back it would be just like new as they would load all my core programs, virus program and mail program (and they did). This company does excellent work, they are extremely responsive and I think their rates are competitive and fair.

In Home PC came within two days after I called. They made my computer run smoothly again. Everything ran well after they finished.

VERY FRIENDLY, VERY RESPONSIVE, AND THEY WANT TO MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMER IS HAPPY. THEY HAVE LATE HOURS. I TOOK THE PC TO THEM, AND THEY FIXED IT AND BROUGHT IT BACK TO MAKE SURE IT WORKED HERE. IT STOPPED WORKING AND THEY CAME BACK AND INSTALLED A NEW MODEM. THERE WAS NO ADDITIONAL LABOR COST AND IT IS WORKING FINE.
