I could not be more satisfied with the guys. They were on-time (2 days) in fixing my computer and only charged 1/2 hour. They were great in communicating what was going on during the repair process. It should be noted that I am fairly good at fixing computer problems myself and spent many hours trying fixes on the internet which did not work. I am truly amazed they fixed the problem so quickly. Not only that, they were very pleasant and professional when dealing with them.
I communicated with several other repair guys from Angie's list, and based on conversations, I wasn't sure they had the ability to fix this networking problem.

PC Doctor was punctual, professional, polite and did not speak in computer language, but rather, English that I could comprehend. I'm extremely pleased with this company and will not hesitate to call them when I need them again.

I was able to bring in my computer the day I called. Within a couple of hours, I received a call telling me the problem and going over my options and costs. I agreed to buy a new hard drive and have it installed. Later, I got another phone call telling me that my drive was under warrenty and if I was willing to wait an extra day, he would get the drive from the company saving me the cost of the drive. I had my computer back in three days. He also sent the old drive back as required by the company! He was quick, polite and very nice. He patiently explained everthing and all of my options. I had no idea that the drive was even under warrenty. I am extremely pleased with his service.

The young man doing the work seemed both efficient and knowedgeable, and had things up and running within an hour.

It was okay, average - nothing great. They took a little bit longer than I thought they would and they were a little bit higher priced than I thought they would be.

I initally took my computer to Best Buy's Geek Squad. After they kept it for one week, they called me to say they couldn't remove the virus off of my laptop because my computer is too old (2002 model). I took it to the PC Doctor and they removed the virus. My computer works faster now, and I none of my files or internet-based programs (e.g., I-tunes) were lost. They told me it would take a couple of days or maybe a week to get my computer fixed. After a week I did not hear from them, so I called and my computer was ready the next afternoon.

It started out a little rough--Avi had to cancel my appointment on two different days. He did call me to reschedule each time though. The third time was the charm.
