"The appointment was made within 2 days of contacting them. The technician (Brian) was punctual for a 7:30 am appointment. Once there, Brian did a fantastic job of communicating the services that he was performing and kept me very informed about the status of the AC system. He found some issues that had been previously overlooked by former HVAC technicians and provided me with a very detailed understanding of what the outlook for my unit should be in the future. I noticed an immediate improvement in the cooling of the house as well as the air quality. "I hired NS JOHNSON to install a Climate Master Tranquility 30 geothermal heating and air conditioning system. Their work was very professionally done, and spot on the budget. The installation took a day an a half. The outdoor temperature was in the low 30 degree (f). On completion of the first day they activated the system to assure we had heat for the night. They completed the installation the next day. Iâ  m very impressed with their work and would recommend them to anyone needing this service. They will continue to maintain the system on a yearly basis. I plan on using them for other services."
