"I bought an old modular. It was worse shape than I thought. Jay (his wife, Brittany, also helps sometimes) made this house a home. All new cupboards, counter, sink, and lighting over the sink. He did some plumbing and electrical work. He installed all of my appliances. Jay has also done other jobs. Installed all new outdoor lighting, solar lights in the living room, replaced a baseboard and thermostats in various rooms. He's fixed doors that were sticking, replaced weather stripping on the garage doors. There's nothing that Jay can't or won't do. He's professional and meticulous. His pricing is fair. He gets around to doing the work as soon as he can. I highly recommend him. Anything I need done, I call Jay."

"Robert D'Angelo Property Services is awesome!! I had a very tricky entertainment unit that needed 2 doors rehung. Some people said it could not be done but not Bob D'Angelo!! He and the very efficient carpenter who accompanied him got the job done!! And the price for this repair work was great. I highly recommend and if I could give more than 5 stars I would."

Caulking Services FAQs, answered by experts

Whether or not you’re moving the hookups or simply replacing your current units, you should hire a qualified appliance pro to install your new washer and dryer.

Aside from a professional light installation company, there are a few other pros who may be able to help you hang Christmas lights. Along with specialty holiday decorators, a handyperson near you can also hang Christmas lights (and can fix that pesky drippy sink while they’re at it). Either way, not all of these pros will offer the service, so be sure to call ahead and get multiple quotes before you hire.

While handypeople do not need to be licensed in many places, you should only hire insured pros for any home improvement work. Your handyperson should have active liability coverage that protects them and you in the case of an error or accident. Furthermore, if they have employees on your property, they should also have workers’ compensation insurance. If you hire an individual or a company that is not insured and they damage your property, have an accident while on the job, or become injured on your property without insurance, you can be held financially liable.

You can tackle hanging Christmas lights yourself with the right tools, accessories, and a trusted friend or neighbor. You’ll need to purchase a ladder ($100 to $300), clips ($10 to $20), hooks ($10 to $15), and lights ($25 to $100 per string).

Otherwise, you should hire a trusted holiday light installer near you. You’ll pay an average price of $200 to $650, but you’ll have peace of mind knowing that the job is done correctly and safely.

After cutting Corian® to the right size, you may have to attach it to another piece of Corian®, either at a corner or another seam. One way to create the tightest seam is to place the two pieces of Corian® on a level surface at ⅜-inch apart. Run a router in between the two slabs to create an identical edge on both pieces. Then use the proper DuPont Joint Adhesive for your type of seam and countertop to join the Corian® together.
