Hired to replace bathroom fan. They found that it was really just loose wire and fan was okay. I ended up getting refund from 50% I put down. The workers were friendly, punctual and kept me informed of everything as they were working. I appreciated their honesty and would hire again.

Bob is great to deal with. Weâ ve used Bob for several years for all types of work on our rental properties.: plumbing, water heaters, deck repair and replacements to name a few. Work is always done in the time frame he quotes and for the price quoted.

Replaced window frame post termites. First visit they opened the area and found larvae. Extended area making it easier for exterminator to treat rather than finishing the job. Came back after the treatment and completed the job.

Actually advised in a manner that saved me money. Assessed the problem and applied immediate solutions to worked like a charm! Could not be happier!!

He came out promptly and was very professional at the initial visit. Said he would see if he could get the parts and would get back to me. That was in July, it is now October and I have never heard back from him so unfortunately cannot recommend it.

We couldnâ t be happier with our bathroom remodels. We remodeled one bathroom last year and one this year. Very professional wok and nice to deal with.

Very fast response for a window repair on a very cold day!

Found through Home Advisor. Only one to respond! Available the next day. Arrived early. Two guys went right to work. Installed a new dishwasher ... which needed some new plumbing, etc. Removed the old one ... cleaned up stuff you don't want to know about. The invoice was a bit higher than the estimate, but they did more work and had to install new "parts" so it made sense.

Robert D'Angelo Property Services is awesome!! I had a very tricky entertainment unit that needed 2 doors rehung. Some people said it could not be done but not Bob D'Angelo!! He and the very efficient carpenter who accompanied him got the job done!! And the price for this repair work was great. I highly recommend and if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Completed the project in a timely manner.
