He's been promising to fix it for months. Now can't find him. He gives us the run-around. He messed up our deck. Picked the wrong materials. Every time the wind blows my desk fencing falls apart. Now he ignores our calls/texts. He promised to fixed it for months now. We paid around $18,000 for a deck that falls apart when the wind blows."

We lost out on thousands of dollars, maybe not lost out but scammed out of thousands of dollars. We will have to hire someone else to come in and fix all of his mistakes.
