"Steve Pontius made several concrete repairs to my porches. He replaced the wooden steps on my back porch. He also did several smaller jobs and checked my rain gutters. He cleaned, sanded and painted railings with a high quality paint. Steve has integrity and does a great job for a fair price. Due to the shower curb being not level (this wasn't his work), he was able to make a custom, clear shim so it wouldn't be visible, and modify the metal sliding door guide. He is creative and skillful. The shower looks amazing."
