"I reached out Carmelos landscape 2 days ago. They responded via email within 30 minutes. They asked for my address and then sent me an estimate which is more than fair. They then sent me a confirmation and that a team would be out within 2 days. They were out the next day. I was not home but they proceeded to perform the work even though i had not paid yet. When i got home i was Extremely impressed with the way the lawn looked especially since it was overgrown and in bad shape. The team took great care of my property and cleaned up. When completed they called me and i offered to drop off a check but they said no worries and that i could pay online which was soooo convenient. "Joe and his crew Jose and Carlos were great. Always on time and worked hard to get the job done on some pretty hot days! Joe visited our property to discuss our needs/wants and had great suggestions when we weren't sure of what we wanted. Lana at the nursery was a big help in showing us options for the garden. Joe picked what would work in the location. and the garden looks great. Joe suggested that we wait until the weather breaks to plant the trees we picked. A suggestion we appreciate because the cooler weather will give them a healthier start. Five stars for Plymouth Nursery."
