"My experience with this surveyor was extremely disappointing. Initially, the price seemed attractive, but that was where the positives ended. The surveyor was unprofessional, refusing to answer any questions unless I paid extra. They would not put anything in writing or address concerns transparently. They used another surveyor pins, resulting in inaccuracies. The surveyor promised to return to finish the job but never did. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, they failed to complete the work. Do not be fooled by the initial lower price this service is unreliable and ultimately costly. I strongly recommend finding a more professional and trustworthy surveyor."

This survey was so much better than the one I had when I bought the house 20 years ago: the previous, small wood stakes had disintegrated in the dirt, and Charles put 2' metal stakes with bright metal and plastic caps on top, in many locations where we needed to see them for fence installation, not just at the corners.
