What I really liked about Jason is that he executed the work and did not cause any damage elsewhere. He built scaffolding, which is heavy, to install the light on my relatively new Maple floors and there was not a scratch. My consistent problem with most contractors is that although they can usually do the work, they cause things like floor scratches or marks or dents in the walls... there is usually some residual damage to having a project done. "Vendor arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and said I needed a new ceiling fan. He called Choice, We waited approximately 10 minutes for a call back and an approval to replace the ceiling fan. He went out the truck and brought in a new fan and mounted it. I did have the option of going out to buy a specific make and model vs their replacement one and then he would mount it if I desired. Great service, I am glad I switched to Choice when my last warranty came up for renewal."
