We offer internal & external french drains, bowed/cracked wall repair, sinking foundation repair, sump pumps, driveway drains, battery back up pumps, and mold treatments. We do NOT use subcontractors. ALL work performed by certified company employees. They are low pressure so if you have a project and just need to get an opinion, reach out to them. Chris is great and very attentive and helpful. Both of my waterproofing jobs still cost less the the initial job from one of the big companies, so I was really pleased with their work and price. They did a nice job cleaning up (but concrete dust gets everywhere so I still have work to do). Highly recommend!!!! I also live in a township with strict permit codes and they knew to check and help with that process (the other company did not)."

"We had our basement waterproofed by Baker's. It's been bone-dry since. We did have one piece of equipment fail within a month of the installation, but it was a third party dehumidifier that was just a dud I guess, no fault of Baker's. I texted the project manager about it on a Sunday. I expected a response the following week. He got back to me within the hour. The equipment was removed and replaced within a couple days. Everything great since. I would highly recommend Baker's, but specifically our project manager Nathan Goddard and the head guy on site Daylan. Can't remember his last name, but he's got a long beard and did a great job. Thanks to both of them and the rest of the guys."

"I have a 25 x 30 garage with a flat cement roof on it. I called Wayne Martin and told him I wanted to build a free standing pavilion on top of the roof. I showed him some plans I had and he offered some changes and improvements. I agreed and he ordered the materials. Once the materials arrived Wayne and his crew were on the job. These men know their trade and their work shows it. Wayne always has a smile and doesn't mind explaining what he is doing. I am going to install the ceiling my self and Wayne has always answered any technical questions I have. I decided on a metal roof for the pavilion. It looked so nice I had them put one on my house too. I really can't say enough nice things about Wayne and his crew. Hire him you won't be disappointed."
