He also did a great job cleaning our long dryer vent. He made sure to address everything and gave us tips for keeping the systems running well. The price was clear and very good. We were very happy with his work and would strongly recommend them. "

"I had an extremely frustrating experience with East Coast Comfort regarding a split AC/heat system. I first contacted them in July when the AC was not working properly. In October, after speaking with my HOA, I was told the unit was under warranty, which East Coast Comfort confirmed. Technicians came out, but the system only worked briefly before failing again. During the visit, one technician seemed unfamiliar with basic operation of the unit, and another stepped on my bed with dirty shoes, which I found unprofessional. In November, I was told there was a leak and a faulty sensor, but the issue was not fully resolved. Now, its a Christmas, and I am cold in my apartment, and East Coast wants more money for their visit, for something that they never fixed."

Gen3's price... $4100.00 It took an inordinate amount of phone calls, texts, and emails to get an appointment for an estimate. Then they did not bother to send it to me. I had to call back for the estimate. These guys are the worst, most dishonest operators I have ever seen. They are 8 times more expensive than every one else. THINK ABOUT IT..... 800% more than the competition. Do not call these guys. OBVIOUSLY A DUMB GUY that thinks the public is STUPID. Don't trust them!!!!!! CROOKS"

"Jeff and his team did and excellent job with the installation of two Daikin HVAC units. I had many questions about the units and install and they were quick and thorough in responding. The price and warranty were competitive with high end brands. The crew was courteous and professional during the two day install. They were the only company that included replacement of the coolant lines, rather than just flushing the old ones. So far the Daikin variable speed AC units are exceptionally quiet and the house is very comfortable. Would recommend Ace Home Services and Unique Comfort without reservation."
