"We couldn’t be happier with the job Josh and his guys did for us. Not only was he able to get it done in the time we needed it finished but he did a professional job and we couldn’t be happier with the carpeting. If you are looking for an honest, friendly and reliable person to work in your home Josh is your man."

"The dimples in the carpet are history. It looks much better. My only criticisms are: a small chunk of carpet is missing next to a baseboard and they put a small chip in an adjoining room's ceramic tile. The latter happened because they did not place anything under their heavy "machinery"."

"Rob and his helper cameon timeand got right too work... the preparation part of the job was awesome ... and so quic k. They moved all the furniture and as they did the rug, I was thrilled to see that the rug was beginning to look BRAND NEW!! Rob asked us to come look at it periodically, and we were so impressed! I am a believer!! I have never seen anyone do such a great job on a carpet... Force one is a permanent addition to our home maintenance routine!! Thank you... I will tell my friends. Carpet Installation questions, answered by experts

Installation typically takes 1-2 days, depending on the area size and preparation needed.

Carpet is an effective natural insulator, so it will make a room slightly warmer than laminate. The material’s insulating properties also make carpeted rooms more efficient for temperature regulation.

While it's possible to cover asbestos tile with carpet, it's not recommended. Encapsulating tile beneath carpet doesn't eliminate the health risks. Over time, the asbestos tiles could degrade, releasing fibers into the air and potentially contaminating the carpet. Disturbance during carpet installation or removal might also release fibers.

Carpeting has a few benefits on stairs in addition to being a cost-effective floor covering. It absorbs sound, dampening footsteps. It also provides additional traction, which is especially important if you install linoleum floors, epoxy flooring, or any other floor covering that can become slippery if you’re wearing socks. Therefore, carpets can help prevent slips.

It is not recommended to install or stretch a carpet without a power stretcher. Skipping essential tools like a power stretcher and a knee kicker will likely result in an improper installation, leaving you with wrinkles, creases, and an unappealing final look. While a knee kicker can provide some limited stretching for thinner carpets, it is not a proper substitute. Attempting to stretch a carpet by hand or with homemade tools can also shorten its lifespan. For the best results, you should buy or rent a stretcher. If you do not want to use a stretcher, it is better to hire a professional for the installation.
