"We needed heavy duty carpet cleaning in the basement due to sewer backup. Tom came to assess the job and give us an estimate. He is such a likable yet professional young man we decided to expand the job to include living room carpet cleaning, His brother Tay came out to do the job right on time. Another nice young man! "He was on time and ask me several questions about what I was looking to have cleaned. We walked through the rooms and he explained what he would be doing, how long it would take and the cost. He also ask if I wanted cinnamon or fresh scent. He did a great job I just moved into the house and thought the carpet was tan. After he cleaned it we realized it was a beautiful green.
