I had him install a new back door and screen door. he installed new lights above my kitchen cabinets, he finished the vinyl floor in my bathroom, he hung a new ceiling fan. He redid the dry wall in my bathroom around my tub. He is very punctual, he is very detailed on making sure everything is right. I also have in on schedule to do a few more jobs. "This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

"Nate immediately responded to my Angie's List inquiry. I texted him pictures of the ceiling damage and he gave me some initial feedback. I asked him to stop by and look at the ceiling. He did a thorough inspection and took the time to explain how plaster works, how it can be damaged and to answer our questions before providing a written estimate including the estimated start date and amount of time to complete the job. He asked for 1/3 of the total estimate up front. He had a crew of 2 capable people. He supervised them the first day and then came in at the end to inspect the work and get my approval before giving him the final payment. He communicated with me regularly on coordinating work times. They also were very careful to cover up with plastic and left very little mess. Note: we had 3-5 areas on the living room ceiling, 1 in the dining room, 1 in the kitchen, 2 in the bathroom, and 1 in the bedroom."

With the exception of two of them, they were from another country and so, they didn't speak a lot of English. One was kind of a translator of the guys who were working. They worked from 7 in the morning to 7 at the night, four different guys. They did a great job. We have not had any problems with the basement ever since. They did a wonderful job! I have told other people about them since. I would use them in future."
