"Fox Tail Builders…. I have nothing but good things to say about this firm. From the first day I called for a quote to the day of completion 5 they deserved 5 stars all around. Gina the own always answers the phone, late at night and or weekend there were time when I call during off hours, and I always got a call back with an answer. There were minor hiccups in terms were not fox tail builder’s faults. These guys took on a project to build a four-car carriage and slap a deck on the very top of the carriage massive project, Gina and her team tackled it gracefully by phases proving me updates on the project as well as getting inspections going as they progressed. Foxtail team does not just have excellent customer service skills – their team’s craftsman ship is exceptional – not one time did they fall inspection to any of the project phases. The team that performs the excavation for foundation and electrical knew exactly how deep and wide they had to dig. Masonry team who performed laying down the foundation on point with concrete delivery time and pour. By mid afternoon the foundation was in place for the framing team to get started two days later. Framing material was delivered late and wrong size, but it was fixed the same day and the right materials were dropped late afternoon. Without having to go into much detail. It is safe to safe I will use them again and would recommend them. To anyone who may need their services top notch draftsmanship and customer service."
