Overall it went well; I have to have them come back and move some piping around as the previous homeowner hooked the sump pump drain into the upstairs kitchen drain like a T and any food scraps that go down the kitchen garbage disposal just collect in the sump pump pipe.  I was shocked though...

Everything went well; it was great. I think they did a good and neat job, the job was completed in a timely manner, and they came out right away to check out the slight maintenance issue. The price was very good. It is the highest rated heat pump out there and we got it for a reduced price.
