Initially the procedure worked. Leach field cleared up and septic seemed to work appropriately. Contractor stated to contact him annually to perform maintenance on aerobic pump. Tried several times over the next few years, but no return calls. Recently had my septic pumped and was advised that the system's air hoses had disconnected from the system and the system was laying on its side in the septic well. Attempted to contact company via telephone for repair and when answered they hung up, called again, and left message on voice mail. Still did not return call. The septic company who pumped my septic also advised me that this was an after-market system and in no way was worth the price we had paid for the system. I also looked back in the phone book for an address or website, but wouldn't you know it, no more ad! Still trying to track them down. Good luck to me. lol
Description of Work: The contractor installed an aerobic air pump system in my septic tank and drilled the septic's leach field due to black water arising from the ground.
