"We have a 3 storey house and the team at Brite Idea came out and put up the lights on the house. They had to come out a second day with a longer ladder to finish up but the end job was worth the wait. We did the lights around the bushes which balanced the others beautifully. We agreed to a 3 year contract which suits us since we love having the house lit up for the holidays. I'm sure we'll continue as long as we live here."

"Needed emergency service after I replaced a bathroom light and fan switch. In replacing the switch I noticed that the breaker listed for that switch in the panel did not turn off the power to the switch. I shut the main breaker but could not get it to go on again. Called RJ Little and Rich was out on Saturday morning of Thanksgiving Weekend within 45 minutes. He replaced the main breaker and when he checked the bathroom switch he explained that the previous electrician had set up two power sources to that switch with two different breakers in the electrical panel. Rich rewired the switch. He also noticed that the whole house surge protector that I had installed years ago was not installed properly and I should consider a better unit. He came out quickly as we were without heat and electric and he was very professional. I will definitely use him again and would highly recommend him."

"The job went well and the house looks beautiful. The only minor glitch was that they broke the globe on our exterior porch light - a model that is discontinued and could not be easily replaced, and was a match for the one on the side porch. We were fairly compensated with no problem."

"I had four different companies come out and give me an estimate on outdoor landscape spotlighting. I ended up hiring 1st Call Because of their knowledge and expertise! They installed my landscape lighting with a timer and exceeded my expectationsâ ¦.. 10 spotlights were installed in all, and my home looks absolutely beautiful each and every night! At first I was concerned because they were using low-voltage LED lighting but what I learned was low-voltage lighting doesnâ t mean the light canâ t be bright for these guys emulated a 60 W bulb in each spot light . I cannot say enough good things about this company, I am so happy with my Lighting!"

"Elroy is a great guy. We have used him 3 different times. Courteous, friendly, and receptive to all needs. He had done a job earlier for us installing timers on our outside lights, motion detector flood lights outside and 2 outdoor light fixtures. Another time he helped our carpenter install and mount an over the stove microwave. And he installed 2 outdoor outlets and mounted my husband's prized possession, his big screen tv! Super nice person, not pushy and takes his time and does a thorough job! Totally satisfied by all of his work and will use him and recommend him always!

Will be back in the future for sure. The install came in two weeks early and the two gentlemen were so nice and professional wearing covers on their shoes and leaving both rooms clean."
