I called to tell them my oven and stove went out, but they didn't return my call. I called a cell number and spoke with the owner who said he would come the next day and have a look. He never showed up or called. I called again (both the office and cell numbers) to see where he was and left a message at both places. I haven't heard anything back. This company has no follow through and it doesn't seem they did the job they were supposed to do.

They did a great job. They were very neat and hard working. They went above the beyond. And I was really pleased with the service.

I had to hire another contractor to fix their work.

Reggie came out, on time and did the instillation from start to finish it took 5-6 hours. he had to drill all new holes and wire everything from scratch. He did a great job and the best part was I got a couple estimates and one was $2600. After reading the reviews on angies list on RJ Little we decided to go with him. Rich is great and followed up right after after Reggie was done. Reggis is a great guy. He also took out a old home security switch and spackled it for us at no charge. Great Price, Great work and i am very Happy with the end result. I will for sure use these guys in the future. Rich also explained to me that he specializes in solar energy too. Looking into it for our next home.

I called them in the morning.  We have a 14 ft  with the lights on it in our front yard, and half of the lights went out.  We called him and he came out in a half hour and he fixed it in 10 minutes.  He is the best electrician you can ever find.

Arrived on time and worked well with painters who were also working in bathroom.
Excellent job in bathroom and with rewiring. New breakers not labeled, but labeling was fixed on return trip.
Returned to house late in evening to identify a thrown breaker and restore electric to kitchen. Very responsive!

It was such an amazing and pain free experience and I am not kidding.  Not knowing anything technical related to electrical, I relied upon reviews to make my decision as to who I was going to use for some electrical panel and outlet repairs. Smart decision!! Rich (owner) was amazingly nice when coming out for the estimate and extremely honest about what needed to be done to fix the issues. He did tell me about different options, some which were pretty pricey. However, he led more towards repairs that were less expensive, yet still just as safe and effective. His son did the actual repairs along with a co-worker and were such a nice guys. They  did the work quickly and thoroughly and were extremely professional, yet very personable and fun to have around. During the work completion, they determined that our outlets were loose and could use spacers to prevent appliances from pulling out of the wall and that our refrigerator needs to be put on an isolated circuit. We were quoted for the additional work at the time it was discovered and was provided a very reasonable estimate to complete it. As soon as I am back from visiting family, we will schedule those repairs as well. 

After having a positive experience with RJ Little LLC last month, I interacted through email to get a recommendation on a whole house surge protector to replace the old out of warranty unit I have. Received quote through email and scheduled installation. Installer showed ontime and was very professional. He cleaned up when done and showed me what he had done along with providing me with the warranty information for the surge protector. I was very satisfied with the job.

i have worked with a multitude of professionals on many projects.  I have to say, I am LOVING R.J. Little.  After calling a bunch of electricians (it's five days before Christmas, I know they're busy) and getting nothing, no call backs at all, I was very pleasantly surprised when RJ Little Answered the phone, scheduled an appointment in two days, at my convenience, and gave me an estimate over the phone.  

They called before the appointment to let me know someone was coming.  Thank you.  That is just plain courteous.
Reggie showed up on time and was an absolute professional - polite, efficient, helpful.  The work was completed at the estimate price and Reggie even had time (and the kind manner) to quote an additional project.  Other folks we've worked with have just bolted and never provided quotes.  

The stove is in and ready for the holidays and I am happy to have found a new electrician.  Thanks!

The problem was complex to us but resolved by Mr. Little Our Christmas tree was put up and a section of the prelit tree went out. Mr. Little diagnosed and corrected the problem. He is a great electrician, and has a crew that comes in and figures out the problem then makes the repairs. Highly recommended.

Needed emergency service after I replaced a bathroom light and fan switch. In replacing the switch I noticed that the breaker listed for that switch in the panel did not turn off the power to the switch. I shut the main breaker but could not get it to go on again. Called RJ Little and Rich was out on Saturday morning of Thanksgiving Weekend within 45 minutes. He replaced the main breaker and when he checked the bathroom switch he explained that the previous electrician had set up two power sources to that switch with two different breakers in the electrical panel. Rich rewired the switch. He also noticed that the whole house surge protector that I had installed years ago was not installed properly and I should consider a better unit. He came out quickly as we were without heat and electric and he was very professional. I will definitely use him again and would highly recommend him.

Richard gave us a bid that included the cost of the permit from the city.  Most other electricians didn't include that and didn't seem to think it was necessary.  That's the primary reason we went with him, though his bid was one of the lower ones as well.  The work was done on schedule.  There was a mistake in the work that the city inspector caught, but Richard resolved it quickly and without additional charges.  Overall I would recommend this company to others.

We have used this electrician before.  Rich was quick to respond to our call.  He was helpful with suggestions for the location of the outlets and for how best to control the on/off timing for the lampost.  His crew was prompt and did a great job. 

Rich promptly responded to my request for an estimate.  He was very helpful in providing recommendations for the best lighting in the kitchen.  We asked about some additional lighting options for the room, which would have resulted in more work (and money) for Rich but he pointed out how our idea might not be best for the space.  His crew arrived promptly, were very professional, and did a great job.

WOW! What great guys!  Super nice. Super professional. Punctual, neat and worked very efficiently.  
I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!! And, oh yeah--great sense of humor!

A visit for an estimate is $85.  I've never paid for an estimate from past electricians I've used, so I don't know if this is normal.  I found them to be professional, flexible in scheduling and prompt in their arrival.  I'm sure the work performed was fine, but I would have appreciated greater care in keeping things clean.  They did little in tarping the floors or carpets and dirtied up the carpets with their work boots.  At every outlet they worked on, there were notable grime stains on the wall that will require touch up painting.

Fine - Richard responded very promptly to an initial call, indicated the time zone when he'd be there, and phoned to confirm his intent to arrive on time.  Upon arrival, he got to work right away, and very openly answered all of the questions I had about the services he was going to perform.  He then had to leave to obtain a part, and returned within 30 minutes to complete the job.  While there, Richard answered several unrelated questions on other potential issues, and even talked me out of the need to retain his services for them!  

My son's bedroom light switch had burned out. Richard diagnosed the problem right away and he replaced the dimmer switch with a new one. Great experience overall. I would definitely use him again.

I have a 2 story breakfast area that actually had a chandelier hanging down but was a nuisance and very ugly. I figured instead of having another chandelier put in its place it was suggested that we put in recessed lights using the LED dimmable bulbs. Sounded like a great idea. I was having my 2 story foyer and breakfast area ceiling painted (one continuous ceiling) and figured before it was painted I might as well have the chandelier removed and the recessed lighting installed. I originally called my regular electrician but their quote was quite higher than what I expected to spend so I went to Angie's and I called R. J. He came out and gave me a quote for half of what my regular electrician was going to charge me so I set up the appointment for the same day the painters were starting. R.J. called me that morning and informed me that one of his crew was out sick and the other was having car problems and wanted to know if he could reschedule. I informed him that the painters were starting and it would be kind of difficult for them to work around this and he said, "ok, hold on for a bit and let me see what I can arrange and I'll call you back and let you know if we can get out there". About an hour later he called and said he would be out there by 11:30 and he was. He really came through. He explained to his crew what was to be done and informed me that they would only be a few hours. His crew members that performed the work were very thorough, efficient, polite and neat. They did a great job of the installation and of the clean up. By the time they were done you would have never known that there had been a chandelier hanging in the same spot. I will definitely use R. J. Little again in the future since I still have a several electrical updates/needs to complete. He and his crew were great!
