We've also since noticed that the installer didn't do a great job leveling the gutters, so there's always a 1/2" of water that pools in them until it evaporates."

They had to deal with a lot of phone and internet cable wires and also had to climb into a coal bin in order to reach the ceiling above that. They both worked very hard, and they both were very polite and respectful. I am very pleased with the job they did."
