Gutters On The Go

I would not recommend this customer to anyone.  Randy - the owner - was referred to me by a relative so I didn't do any research.  He came out and gave me an estimate and advised that he could do the job that day.  I agreed since it would be nice not to have to take another day off work.  It was neat to watch the new gutters roll out of the back of his van and seemed very impressive since it only took them 45 mins to complete the job. 
After the first average rain I realized that something was wrong with my new investment.  Water was pouring out over the wrong side and I could not walk into my front door without getting hit with the rain pouring behind the gutters.  
I reached out to him and he advised that he would come out and look at them but if there is nothing wrong with them that he would have to charge me a trip fee.  I asked him to come out and he said he would call me back. 
I called him about six more times over the next month or so and he would not return my calls. 
With the help from a few friends I repositioned the gutters - with the use of a level, and now they work perfectly.

Their price was just outrageous. They were terrible and they left a mess. More water goes behind the gutters than into it and the wood and paint is getting damaged and I have been looking for someone else to fix it. One guy and a kid came and they made a mess and left. I spent $1200 and they were here for 2 hours and they left a mess everywhere. At the time they were the only company I could find. I would tell other members not to use them to do their gutters. The quality of their work was bad and they gutters they installed were worse than the ones that were up there and that were 40 years old. When they came I was at work and my wife was here and they came and put a ladder up. They took the ladder down again, but never told us what he did and we never heard from them again. I think that they came when they said they would and gave me the estimate.
