I would recomend you have them come out and give you their professional view and estimate. You will be impressed with their knolage of ability to solve issues. The estimate was over a grand cheeper then other roofing contractors. Which included aditional painting. Opening up the roof to connect bathroom exaust fan and restore passive ventilation lost by additions added to structural by other contractors."
