"I received a call from Ryan within minutes after submitting my request on Home Advisor and he came to my home to give a free estimate within about 14 hours after submitting my request. We accepted his bid and he actually had the entire project completed while there. My job was completed about 15 hours after my request to Home Advisor. Ryan even removed and disposed the big boxes my lights and fan came in. Excellent customer service. Price seemed a little high for the work (install 2 pendant lights, a small dining room chandelier and a ceiling light/fan all prewired), but after further review appears other firms were more expensive, so guess price was more reasonable than I had originally thought. If we have any other work to be done in future we would contact Mauser Electric again."

"Did excellent outstanding work installed new electrical box installed 15 light fixtures 3 huge ceiling fans replaced light switch with all of the light fixtures also did required rewiring as needed. The foreman Justin very professional gave a very fare estimate in pricing. The three Electrian that actual did the hands on work are more than excellent in their trade. Also the foreman Justin and the three Electrian s (Justin, Ashton & Jarrod ) are veterans as well as a awesome gang of guys. I was pleased to have them in my home they made me feel very comfortable and fun to be with as they worked. Words are not enough to say how much they all cared not only about the job they did which in my words are the best every electrian s anyone could hire! I told them about my pending health issues with cancer and they truly cared.God bless these guys and I would and will hire them again for other projects. "We were so pleased with this company.  I found them on Angies List and sent an inquiry email, and received an almost immediate return phone call to set up an estimate.  Scott came out just a few days later at dusk and set up the lighting that we wanted so we could actually see what it would look like, which was extremely helpful.  He also suggested uplighting a second tree which we hadn't considered, and it was a very good suggestion.  We received an email estimate the next morning, accepted it that day, and the job was done today - just 4 days after accepting the estimate.  The installers were very polite and helpful, and even though they had to dig a very shallow trench in the front yard to run wire to the tree, and across the driveway (between the concrete slabs), nothing is visible.  We also had them install a timer that automatically adjusts itself for changes in sunset times and when we switch to and from daylight savings time, so there is nothing for us to do.  The lights they use contain LED lights which should last 5 years and are very energy efficient.  They also installed a new transformer.
I absolutely love it when I get a prompt response to a request for service or for an estimate.  My dealings with this company started off in a very promising manner and they continued to make us happy throughout.  We would recommend them and would definitely use them again.

"Order arrived quickly - all in good condition. Have been using them for quite a while now. I love that the pieces lock together magnetically - so no sliding around. You can choose your colors: top and bottom. You do the measuring - they have instructions on how to do that - and it is very simple. Their order department was very accommodating when I called. "I hired Kloock"s Electric to put in a new electrical box because I sold my house and garage, as it was required before the house was sold. He took care of everything that I needed and explained everything I needed to add to be up to code to sell the house He was prompt and excellent and got the job completed very fast; he knows what he is doing!
