A general handyman who owns rental property and performs building and house maintenance. I prefer tackling smaller jobs where finding a willing contractor is challenging. I've been doing small jobs for friends, family, and myself for years. I own the smallest-biggest pickup in the South Side (long bed standard cab Ford Ranger) for hauling ladders and building materials and taking debris to the dump. I grew up working alongside my Dad, we restored a 200-year-old farmhouse and built a guest house from the foundation up. I fully restored my mid-century modern home in Seattle before selling and returning to Pittsburgh.
