"The company represented to be competent and experienced at bathroom remodeling however the worker, Joel was not able to complete the job efficiently. He installed a shower liner over a shower body which he had improperly installed which caused leaks and a situation where we had to break through a wall to get to the improperly installed shower body to fix it. We supplied the materials including the shower body which he did not use but instead left the old one in which doesn’t quite fit with the new shower handle. The toilet was loose and crooked also not sealed on the bottom as per code. When I pointed out to the worker that he had caused a leak, water was pouring into my basement he attempted to charge me an additional $100 to fix his own mistake. The tiles were not properly spaced so some were too close to receive the black grout that we had intended to distribute over the whole tiling project, it remains unevenly grouted. With the uneven spacing it is impossible to grout properly. Overall a disaster of a job, most of the work he did had to be redone."

"So, back in June 21st, 2025, I decided to hire Prosolutions Home Innovations to build a deck for me. You know, just wanted to spruce up the place a little. But let me tell you, for a good 3 months, nothing happened. Just a bunch of false promises and delays. It was like pulling teeth trying to get a hold of them, I swear. I tried texting, calling, all that jazz. They were pros at dodging me, tell ya. And get this, within those 3 months, the deck I already had was torn down. Can you believe it? Torn down without a deck to replace it. They kept feeding me lies about when they were gonna actually start building the new one. My family missed out on our whole summer vacation all because of these scammers. So, had to bite the bullet and hire another contractor to finally get our deck done, otherwise, we'd be missing out on enjoying the fall weather too. Lesson learned, right? Don't even bother wasting your hard-earned money on this company. Total scammers, through and through. Just gotta sh"

"He came and gave us a correct estimate, checked and put in the permit required for the deck as well. deck came up per the drawing he gave us. We didn't check the drawing completely to the detail that was probably needed, but he was an easy person to work with - did work per the design he submitted, gave intermittent quote on items that came up that weren't in the original quote. Will hire him again, his quote estimate came in the middle of the curve with the majority of the folks we asked for quotes as well- not too steep and not the cheapest. Id hire him again, ( note: he does have limited availability - so do plan ahead.)"
