"Contacted home advisor in the morning and an hour later I had spoken to several locksmiths and gotten estimates. Black Lock asked me to send photos of the door knob and locking mechanism so they could be sure they had in stock. By 1 pm, their rep was at my home and quickly installed the new hardware, cut us 4 keys and said goodbye. Very impressed that they came so quickly and did such a great job. I definitely would recommend this company."

"Excellent! The technician was professional, prompt, courteous and got the job done. I needed a lock repaired on my sliding glass door to the deck, a door that was fairly old and for which there were no available parts! He was able to repair it. Also, I had the technician install a keyless entry deadbolt on my front door. His work was seamless and flawless. And the cost was modest, competitive with any other locksmith...Actually better, The services rendered were superb and the associated costs were surprisingly modest."
