"Ben from Black Lock came to my home to replace a door knob which quit working. From the time that I called him to the time he arrived at my home was approximately an hour. He was pleasant, personable, quick to assess the problem and replace the door knob with a new one.He was in and out within an hour. The cost of a new door knob plus labor was extremely reasonable to my surprise. He also wore a mask and practiced social distancing during his time fixing the door knob. I highly recommend Black Lock, to anyone who is looking for a professional, personable, and skilled locksmith."
