Ben was very prompt and very professional. He fit us in to his schedule as we needed the protection of a functional front door, and he arrived within less than 2 hours. He immediately diagnosed the problem and even had the (not commonly available) parts in his service truck. The options were outlined and the procedure was explained as he completed the repair. He noticed some misalignment around the door and the jam's strike plate and improved the fit. Price was very reasonable and I felt Ben was honest and efficient as well as friendly.

Ben SAVED me! Literally - thanks to a broken lock, I was locked out of my house on a dark, frigid night. He responded instantly to my call at 8:30 PM, arrived as quickly as he could, and got me in in minutes. He also took extra time to diagnose my very old and complicated lock, advise me on a more permanent fix, and follow up diligently - all at a very fair price. Recommended!

Had an Anderson patio door in which the dead-bolt and other parts of the door locking system were not working. Ben tracked down parts and got them installed. I was a bit frustrated that somehow the dead-bolt problem didn't get communicated off the top and he needed to return...but I say'll say that was my bad. I was impressed that he actually worked the door repeatedly after installation and then made adjustments. That may sound silly but too many times the installation comes with just one try and if it works the workman goes on his way. By far...he was the best at responding in a timely manner to the Angie inquiry I made. Haven't even heard from a couple of others.

I was very happy with the services provided. I have 3 deadbolts and 3 knob locks that I wanted all on the same key. The estimate provided over the phone was accurate, Ben was on time, was very professional and did quality work. I highly recommend him and will use him again in the future.

Outstanding! I asked that Mr. Moore, owner of Black Lock, give me a 30 minute call/text before arriving, since I was not at the property. He did and it worked out great. I arrived about 5-10 minutes early and he showed right on time. He was courteous, professional and friendly. He offered me to check his work at completion and I was completely satisfied. His rates are very competitive.

Ben Moore was very professional in helping me select a new locks and deadbolts for a home that I recently moved into. There are many options out there and he provided me with pros and cons for what might work for my homes front and back doors. He was very punctual and did true quality work quickly.
