Ben from Black Lock came to my home to replace a door knob which quit working. From the time that I called him to the time he arrived at my home was approximately an hour. He was pleasant, personable, quick to assess the problem and replace the door knob with a new one.He was in and out within an hour. The cost of a new door knob plus labor was extremely reasonable to my surprise. He also wore a mask and practiced social distancing during his time fixing the door knob. I highly recommend Black Lock, to anyone who is looking for a professional, personable, and skilled locksmith.

We just moved into our new house and the seller didn't leave us any keys that worked. We were going in through the electric garage door until one day it wouldn't open. We called Ben and he was here within 45 minutes. There isn't a locksmith within a 20 mile radius of our town and he was here very quickly which was fantastic. Our 2 German Shepards were locked in the house! He re-keyed our door and now we have 3 keys for our use.
