We did contruction from varying from new homes to remodeling and renovations. Because of the rural area that we lived in we did outside work involving farms and the type of outbuildings and sheds that were needed. I moved my family to South Carolina and I established my business there working on various beach homes. I do use some sub contractors for such Items as electrical, heating and cooling, and crane services which must be hired to meet various building codes. My billing requirements are that materials be paid upfront, with labor being paid in weekly or bi-weekly payments with final payment upon completion of the work .
