Even the estimator admitted he didn't explore what he needed to, and that he did not know the local codes. Worse, they did not show integrity when a problem arose with work they had done previously. The work was done efficiently and courteously. These guys enjoy their work and were happy to explain each step of the installation and rewiring process. I was impressed with the safety precautions they took--no hot wiring or other time-saving short cuts that some experienced electricians take--but capped all open line wiring for future use, turned off circuit breakers when making connections, and taped shut the circuit breakers for the wiring that was not yet connected to a fixture. The only shortcoming I encountered was that, despite my specific quote request for adding a 30-amp circuit, they arrived with no 30-amp breaker in their truck and had to make a trip to get one. This was a small job, but they were happy to do it. I would not hesitate to engage Jeoah Elec for any future elec work, large or small."

"I had a thermostat changed. Service was good. The thermostat according to the tech the charge was 65 dollars. He was here for hour and half maybe. We got a bill for $ 465 I called and questioned and was told they charge $125 dollars / hour, which was fine. I did not know they charge for travel time which by the way was hour and half. We were not told this pre Service. Needless to say we would never have given them the job! Also they charged me over $100 dollars for the thermostat! And it was a generic questioned them about that also and they said nothing! In other words too bad! Very very dissapointed in them and also myself because I was stupid, and feel very cheated."

We were told by him that he had a unit in stock and could have it installed late February of 2022. Although I felt his price was high, I agreed because he had it in stock. I gave him a deposit in excess of $6,000 with the balance to be paid when completed. February got a call, delayed until March. April then May avoids emails calls, finally I was told that the Generator was not being delivered to them because of supply shortages. But wait, YOU said it was in stock. I requested a refund. They would send a refund but keep $500 for restocking fees! When I questioned what they were restocking, he changed his story to “it is for administrative fees”. Then he told me he would take the generator off his show room floor to install late June. That story then changed to he had one from another customer who wasn’t in a hurry and I could have his (yeah right another poor guy who won’t get his on time). Nate just kept fabricating excuses and apparently got lost in his own tales. Bottom line I finally gave up and did receive a refund minus $500. He took advantage of an elderly couple. Be smarter than I was, bad karma here."
