EVERYTHING LOOKS GREAT AFTER THEY FINISH. THE DECK IS 28 YEARS OLD AND YET LOOKS AS GOOD AS NEW. THE FROM EASTWOOD PAINT AND CARPENTRY WORKED VERY HARD AND MAKE SURE THING WERE DONE CORRECLTY."

James was emphatic that the work would be done to our satisfaction and we were not disappointed. As an aside, we needed to make some last minute changes to the work schedule and James was very gracious in accommodating us. Would absolutely use his services again."

"Please see attached pictures of the work that was done. This has been the worst and most painful experience in my life ever. Mr. Gilberto Mora from Personal Painting is a one man business. He recently hired two inexperienced men to assist with minor details and not the actual paint or spackle job. Basically, they run back and forth to his truck to get supplies for him which is annoying because the door slams constantly and my AC is on. It took him over a month to do the job and he showed up a few hours at a time on four different occasions. He kept rescheduling me because he had bigger paying jobs than mine. He would show up at my house when it rained. He told me he could squeeze me in-between because he is presently painting the outside of homes and can’t paint them in the rain. Here are the end results of the nightmare. He failed to put on a second coat of paint as contracted in three rooms, failed to give me a receipt for services, failed to smooth out many imperfections from wet sanding, failed to paint my exterior door frame which I supplied him with the paint prior to and he has failed to return my paint. Also, he cleaned his paint supplies in my sink. I have a septic tank so this is never a good thing because the latex in the paint can cause serious damage which he was unaware of. I told him to clean his tools outside but he did not want to comply with my wish. Told me to get an engineer to check my tank out for damage in a smart- alec way. I have already paid him in full in cash for the services and he failed to complete the job and decided to stop responding to me via text which is his form of communication, I saved all of our texts though. He is a GOOD example of over promising and not delivering. Now I have to pay someone else to complete the POOR workmanship and the incomplete work. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau & Consumer Affairs next. I am expecting a refund of my money and compensation for my Benjamin Moore paint that he stoled."

"i wish we could leave a negative star review for this "contractor". He actually is not a contactor and has very little knowledge of home improvement and construction. He has no employees, they are all sub contractors. He was hired to install a bathroom in our home. A job that he said would take five days, we comtracted for 2 weeks. it was less than 25% complete 6 weeks later! After multiple attempts to resolve all documented, we finally served him a notice of termination for breech of contract. We then proceeded to do a chargeback on our AMEX for the most recent payment and planned to cut our losses at that. That is until he had thr audacity to sue us for canceling thr contract. We then counter sued to include cost of Demo because nothing done met code and no contractor is willing to touch the project until we remove everything. As we leave the courthouse he threatened my husband physically while holding his baby."

"I researched Vegh Contracting on this site before asking for an estimate, and it was worth it! The reviews here are true. I am selling my house and needed wallpaper removed in the living room, dining room, stairway, hallway and in one bedroom. It was too much for me to do and I needed to sell my house! I needed a professional who could add me to their schedule soon and still be able to have showings during the work. I picked the right contractor for the job! They came to do the estimate quickly and put me on their schedule within a week. I had to cancel that first start date, but they were very understanding. And when I called again to schedule the work a second time, they fit me right in again without any complaints! They arrived each day on time and left each day after vacuuming and cleaning up all areas. This was so helpful since I had nighttime showings to sell the house. They helped me choose great colors for all of the walls and ceilings after the wallpaper was removed. I found a buyer less than 2 weeks after this work was finished. It looks amazing for a house that's over 100 years old thanks to Vegh Contracting! You will not be disappointed if you use them. Professional, nice, and good work results with fair prices! I will tell everyone I know about them and will use them again!"
