"Great work, quality and care. Cleaned carpet in a living room, dining room, staircase and large landing. Cleaned tile and grout in the kitchen. Carpets look fantastic removed stains i did not think would come out, including pet stains and odor. Kitchen tile and grout was especially dirty and looks almost like new. They sealed the tile and grout afterwards to protect it longer term and help to keep it clean. The guys were super thorough, explained the process every step of the way and really got into all the nooks and crannies to deep clean. I can't believe how clean my carpeted staircase looks! They cleaned with a smaller handheld crevice steam cleaner that worked wonders. Highly recommended."

Some carpet stains are permanent and can’t be removed. Old stains, oil-based stains, and dye stains may not be able to be removed without damaging the carpet. Ozone does remove smoke smells, and it can be a powerful tool in eliminating stubborn odors from house fires, wildfires, or cigarette smoke in your living space. Ozone or O3 is a highly reactive gas that “donates” its extra oxygen molecule to odor-causing organic compounds. The oxidation process can reduce or even eliminate those compounds’ odors, with oxygen being the primary byproduct.

It’s best to have a pro stretch your carpet before having it cleaned. A loose carpet is more difficult to clean, but a stretched carpet will be fixed firmly in place once the job is done. Cleaning a carpet can loosen it depending on the technique used.
