"I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel. I will post some pictures of how our house started and how it is now that they’re done."

He came by after he finished another job just minutes from my house and quoted us immediately. He built us the most incredible high quality sunroom that has really added to our home and also put on a deck right off the sunroom. He will come to your house with his ipad and basically build the room and show you what it will look like and give you an estimate right on the spot. If you have gotten estimates from other people you will see a major difference in his price and the others.When they do the work its done to perfection and if you do have a question or concern Ray will call you back immediately. I cant say enough about Ray and his staff so give them a call if you are considering a patio or sunroom!!!
