Bill was very professional and timely responded to all communications.  When he said he would be here, he was here.  Discussed with me what I wanted, made some suggestions, took measurements, built it in his shop.  Came back for installation and it fit as though it had been here all along.  Great craftsmanship and would use him again for cabinetry needs.

We found Bill on Angie's list. We had gotten estimates from a few places that were not located in Pittsburgh. Bill's price was comparable and very fair considering that his service included custom design and installation. Bill also worked extremely fast. When I first called, he told me that he was very busy but because we were on a tight schedule (with our other basement renovations) that he would do what he could to accommodate our schedule. He actually finished almost a month early. We are very pleased with our Murphy bed, which looks like a nice piece of furniture. I would definitely recommend him and use him again. While the project was expensive, the price was fair, and we definitely felt like it was money well spent. Thanks, Bill!

Bill responded very quickly to my inquiry and scheduled a time to review the needs of my job to fit into my schedule. He arrived on time, actively listened to my input, asked intelligent questions and told me when he would have a plan and estimate for me to review. He emailed me the sketches and estimate within the time frame he promised. Even though he told me the first time we spoke that he was in the mist of another big project and may not be able to complete my job very soon, he went out of his way to work my cabinet in to meet my time needs. He was always very professional in appearance and in discussion. His carpentry skills are excellent, and his competence with the very complex design was evident from the start. I had discussed this project with other carpenters who all expressed concern regarding the design complexities. Bill was confident from the start and it was clear to me during our initial discussions that he had the design skills necessary for a successful job. He delivered and installed a beautiful cabinet that fully met all the established criteria. Not only was the cabinet perfect, but Bill managed to install it earlier than expected, AND for a little bit less than our agreed upon price. Usually when I have someone work in the house I then have to spend time cleaning the messes they leave behind. Not with Bill. I had no mess to clean up after him! What a relief. This is the only project I can remember that went this smoothly. I will use Bill for all my carpentry needs and recommend him to others with NO RESERVATIONS. The price was reasonable given the quality of the work performed. A lesson I learned long ago is "you get what you pay for".

He was prompt. He was there on time. He returned my calls. He paid attention to details. We had some issues and wondering what to do and he came up with a solution. He did really good work. He took the time and was really professional. He was great. He did a fantastic job. He was fair for the job he did. He does an amazing job and he is really good in his job. My dad is in carpentry and I understand the job he did. He was here last night in the snow and was on time. He is going to help me with something else.
