"We could not be happier with the Puronics Hydronex iGen Whole home treatment system and Micromax 7000 drinking water system provided by Orbit Water Solutions. Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

From the very first contact Kenny was personable and professional, and was instrumental in helping us decide our best options. We followed many of his suggestions, but when we didn't he was totally fine when we wanted to go a different direction. I'm probably not the easiest person to work for, and I'm sure Kenny had to feel some frustration at times with my demands, but he took it all in stride and always remained pleasant. There will always be hiccups in a job this size and I'll admit we had our share. When I felt Kenny missed something or didn't do something to my satisfaction I always brought it to his attention and he was quick to fix whatever it was. Fortunately it was very easy to communicate with Kenny, and I believe he felt the same way towards us which help the whole process go smoothly. "We used Angie’s list to find a contractor to work on our main floor and second floor bathroom (and some other minor work). After several contractors visited our home and told us that they could not convert our main floor bathroom to a full (or quoted an excessive price for the work), we ultimately called CM Contracting after reviewing their ratings on Angie’s list and other sites. In our initial phone consultation, both the head contractor (Chris) and his son (Tyler, also a licensed contractor) were professional, prompt and timely with scheduling a visit. Within 48 hours, Chris and Tyler arrived to the home, accessed both bathrooms and discussed the scope of work required. Unlike other contractors who came up with a number on the spot, CM Contracting said they would research our building plans and get back to us with a number. After a week, we were contacted with a quote and request for a followup meeting. After meeting face to face to discuss the price, we agreed upon the work and a start date, and they acquired all permits needed for the scope of work. At the beginning of work, Tyler took incredible steps to ensure dust and debris would be clear from the main floor by taping paper down on the wood floors and vacuuming/sweeping at the end of the work day. Chris was in constant communication throughout the construction, regularly contacting us to give updates and discuss any minor change in the scope of work. He also did a great job managing his subcontractors, which resulted in a timely completion of the work. His electrician Ken did incredible work with wiring the bathroom and fans in the bedrooms. His plumber Don also did an incredible job removing a non-functioning water softener, plumbed two bathrooms, and installed additional control valves. Most importantly, everyone involved warrantied their work, which is a huge financial relief when choosing a contractor for your home. Overall, we were happy with the daily interactions we had with CM Contracting and their subcontractors and we are very happy with our experience."

"I?ve had them since I moved in here for my air conditioning and heating system. I?ve been here for 2 ? years. The only problem was them diagnosing the exact problem, it took them 4 or 5 times that they came out before they figured out what was wrong. I have a contract with them, so it basically didn?t cost me anything even if they came 10 times. They came right away and they were concerned about trying to figure out what was wrong. It was an intermittent problem, so that was the reason they couldn?t figure it out completely. With the service contract, it didn?t really cost me anything more."
