"The windows were manufactured earlier than we expected and we were promptly contacted about installation. Although we were told the installation was scheduled for two days, the four man crew that arrived was able to finish in a single day! Each window was installed with the same consistency in quality and efficiency. Furthermore, the crew did an excellent job protecting our floors and furnishings in every room. When it comes to evaluating the installation crew, we couldn't be happier. Regarding price, we probably paid more than we should, but that's on us. We advise getting several other quotes first and then get Castle's quote. This will definitely help in your negotiating. The windows have definitely helped to eliminate draftiness in our home and helped to maintain a consistent temperature."

"It went alright. There was a delay in arranging the appointment"

"We had a single car garage door removed and a wall with a double window installed. The men were very respectful and kept the area clean. The work was impeccable!!! Will use them again in the future if we need anything and will highly recommend to anyone who needs work done."
