I said lets do it and ask when he could come back, and Chris said we can do it now. Wow. You don't hear that these days. Chris's work was clean and very efficient. Very happy."

Furthermore, a detached garage doesn’t add to the livable square footage of your home when it’s time to sell.

Garage door freezing is prompted by snowfall and freeze/thaw cycles instead of the temperature.
