Job was completed quickly and efficiently. This was a large job with a lot of heavy material. Job was completed in 2 hours - and it saved us so much time and effort. The two guys worked very hard and did a nice job of cleaning up. Cost was very reasonable considering the magnitude of the job. Guys were right on time / it was very easy to work with this company in terms of getting the work scheduled. Would definitely recommend them - it is a lot easier solution than renting a dumpster and doing the loading yourself.

They were fine.  Just put them A through everything. 

Great! The guys arrived on time. Reviewed what needed to go and they got right to work. They even took an old TV from inside the house for me. They were pretty quick, very professional and friendly. I will definitely use them again!

Terrible! They never showed up! My appointment time was inbetween 9-11am. I arrived at 850 and decided to wait in the parking lot. Around 1030, no one had showed up. I called customer services who claimed they had called me multiple times and I didn't pick up. Not true! She then said they were only a few minutes away. I decided to wait. 45 minutes later, still no one. I called again. This time she told me they tried calling and stopped by but I didn't answer. I was sitting at the ONLY entrance to my apartment building and no one had showed up. My phone had not rang a single time. More than shotty work, I hate being lied to. After a short, lie filled argument-I canceled my appointment. She kept saying but they are pulling into your apartment now, and how canceling now is a waste of time and gas for them. What about my time and gas?! Bunch of lying crooks. Run far far away!

We were in the process of moving and needed to dispose of a lot of clutter that had built up in the house over the years. We already had it piled in the drive way, so there was minimal work that was needed in the house. In the end, they and all that junk, was gone in about 30 minutes. Good riddance (of the junk that is).

Not only did they show up on time, but they called to let me know when they would be arriving and they arrived right on time! The estimate was right on! The two gentleman ( I asked their names but now I forgot), did an excellent job. They were extremely professional and courteous. They even moved another piece of furniture for me from my basement, upstairs. These guys were the best!

They took a look at what we had and gave us a cost to get rid of everything. Very consumer oriented business. Can set up appointment easily online.

Two very polite young men arrived on time. They quickly gave me a cost for the items to be removed. They quickly went to work and wasted no time getting the refrigerator up the stairs. Fit was very tight but they were very careful not to damage walls. Completed balance of work very quickly. I will use them again if I have other items to be hauled away.

I scheduled on-line for same day service. The driver called to confirm. The truck arrived on time/the two guys were engaging and polite/they showed me how they figured out the estimate. My junk was loaded and gone fast! I would definitely recommend using them. I'd heard they can be expensive, but the price was reasonable (mid-200's) to get rid of stuff I could not move otherwise.

Everything went well except for the cost. Intially, when I  called 1-800-GOT-JUNK they could not give me an estimate. They did show up on time a couple days later and showed me a paper that it would cost $228 because the load would take up 1/4 of a truck. This is how they get you, can't give you an estimate over the phone, then show up. At that point you feel obligated and pay them just to get rid of what you don't want. My suggestion is to get a few firm estimates from other services. Don"t let the 1-800-GOT-JUNK slogan fool you, do your homework like I should have done.

They were nice and easy to work with. They were quick and respected my property. Would definitely consider using them again.

If loading truck in back yard off driveway, first assess the conditions of the yard.  We realized the hard way that our yard was too wet to load a truck as it got stuck and had to be towed after multiple attempts and damage to yard.  They were able to still load the truck once towed to the driveway.  They provided a nice discount for the minor damage done to yard and were very professional.

They are excellent. You get a discount for online booking and they do same day service which both hare convenient. I have never had any problems with them and you definitely get what you pay for.

The guys were great - they arrived on time, quickly hauled everything from the various locations in the house/garage, cleaned up thoroughly - they even swept out the garage. I would not hesitate to call them again. Definitely an A+ experience.

1-800-GOT-JUNK? are great people if you need help cleaning out your basement, your house or your garage. They come and pick up and they're great. They're fantastic. We've had them twice already and will call them again. We've told people about them. Their prices are very reasonable and it's based on if the stuff hauled away can fill a half a truck, a whole truck, a quarter of a truck. They stuff a lot in there. They will find the room. He doesn't waste space and really packs it in there. If they have to come back, they come right back. We had one full truck and he put up the sides, which come up pretty tall. And he was standing at the top of the stacks, still filling it to the brim. Then they left and came back for more. It was about $950.00 for a full truck, plus another third of a truck. My husband had heart surgery, and they wouldn't let him pick up anything. They did it all. There was no fooling around. They were courteous and just really good. They actually swept up the garage and the driveway when they were done. We get Clipper Magazine in this area and sometimes, 1-800-GOT-JUNK? has coupons in there, for 20% off or whatever.

I thought this was very nice of them to do this. they were prompt, courteous, and polite. they even swept up the garage after removing the items! I was very impressed and will definitely use them again.

They arrived at the scheduled time, assessed the things to be removed, and gave me an estimate (which was very close to the final cost.)  Then they worked quickly and efficiently, even having to dismantle several peices.   

It was a great experience. The showed up early (they called ahead to make sure it wa okay) they were very professional and had a nice clean appearance. I showed them what I had. They reviewed the pricing list. They heard my dogs in the house & before starting work asked if it would be okay for them to leave the gate to my backyard open with the dogs. I told them the dogs would be in the house the whole time they were there so they could leave the gate open. I thought it was very nice of them to think about my dogs. They got to work & I would say in about 1/2 or so they were done. I thought that they might not even have enough room for my stuff in their truck but with they way they packed it, it was only a 1/2 load so the cost came up to a lot less then I expected. The price was worth it because the cost of renting a vehicle to haul everything away ourselves, pay landfill fees and especially the time it would have taken us to do the work would have been crazy. If I ever have anything large I need to dispose of again I won't hesitate to call them.
