"Thanks for your feedback. We stand behind our warranty work on all OUR doors and repairs that we do as well as warranties issued by US and OUR products. We did not install your door. The door and hardware are is covered by the company that sold and installed your spring. You yourself said that the company that installed the door recently replaced broken springs at no charge to you. And when you called again, they didn't answer. Hence you called us. How is that our responsibility? As we stated in our BBB defense, the door was installed by a different company. We have no information on the actual date of installation, we have no ability to ensure to the manufacture that the springs installed on your door were, in fact, the springs that came with that door. Hence, we did not state "call the manufacturer", we stated "call the company who installed the door" The company who installed the door is responsible for the warranty work. We have no proof of when the door was installed, hence no ability to bring that claim to the manufacturer for materials and labor. Honestly, two years after later, this "F" review still hurts me personally because you, as a doctor and head of a department, are so petty as to troll hard working men and women like ourselves because all we ask is to be paid for our time, saying "Return my Service Fee, or I'll write a bad review." , while people like you and your hospital bankrupt us when we use your services. My buddy recently spent 4 hours in your hospital after an accident (no real injuries, Thank God) for some X-rays and an MRI. Bill: $23,000. Much thanks for the "F" rating."

Our springs are high strength steel, made right here in Pennsylvania and Ohio and come with a optional lifetime warranty. Our goal is to offer a superior product in order to save you money in the long run. Many door companies have a maintenance model of business, the idea being to fix a little bit today, fix a little bit tomorrow and over the course of 10 yrs, you milk the customer little by little. Our model is just the opposite. Offer to fix everything that needs to be fixed so you, the customer can save money. You'll even get a lifetime warranty if you'd like. I apologize that our technician was not able to present this to you in an understandable manner."
