The foreman Justin very professional gave a very fare estimate in pricing. The three Electrian that actual did the hands on work are more than excellent in their trade. Also the foreman Justin and the three Electrian s (Justin, Ashton & Jarrod ) are veterans as well as a awesome gang of guys. "We were so pleased with this company.  I found them on Angies List and sent an inquiry email, and received an almost immediate return phone call to set up an estimate.  Scott came out just a few days later at dusk and set up the lighting that we wanted so we could actually see what it would look like, which was extremely helpful.  He also suggested uplighting a second tree which we hadn't considered, and it was a very good suggestion.  We received an email estimate the next morning, accepted it that day, and the job was done today - just 4 days after accepting the estimate.  The installers were very polite and helpful, and even though they had to dig a very shallow trench in the front yard to run wire to the tree, and across the driveway (between the concrete slabs), nothing is visible.  We also had them install a timer that automatically adjusts itself for changes in sunset times and when we switch to and from daylight savings time, so there is nothing for us to do.  The lights they use contain LED lights which should last 5 years and are very energy efficient.  They also installed a new transformer.
I absolutely love it when I get a prompt response to a request for service or for an estimate.  My dealings with this company started off in a very promising manner and they continued to make us happy throughout.  We would recommend them and would definitely use them again.

"Tom and Paul from Dial an Electrician are awesome! I called for some troubleshooting work to replace several lights and light fixtures in my home after they had either gone dead or were replaced (and incorrectly at that) by my dad who meant well and wanted to surprise my husband and I with some DIY lighting work while we were out of town. To make that long story short, my dad actually made things worse and I needed everything to be replaced and rewired. It wasn't an urgent job, but when I called, Tom said they were actually able to come over that day and address all our issues. Tom and Paul were punctual, friendly, patient with all my questions, and very knowledgable. Paul took the time to tell me of every option and price point possible, and always wanted to make sure I was happy with what he was suggesting and the prices for each service, which I was. They got right to work and they are very clean and neat, using drop cloths throughout my home and putting furniture back and sweeping up after they were done. Paul had to order some extra fixtures and was not able to complete the job that day, but he ordered them right away and got them in the next morning, so he was able to return with Tom just a few hours later to complete the job (also, Tom and Paul were very good about staying in contact with regard to our appointments by sending texts to confirm and to let me know when they were on their way). When they returned, again they were both very friendly, professional, patient, and efficient, finished the job perfectly, and cleaned up everything before they left (lots of dust and sheetrock and they swept it all very well). Additionally, Paul had previously on the first day written out a detailed invoice for me with a final total we had agreed on for materials and labor which I had requested to pay in full up front, and so the next day when he came to finish the job and realized he needed more materials than he originally estimated the previous day, he told me not to worry about it and he wasn't going to charge me extra for the additional materials and labor, which was very much appreciated! All in all, working with Paul and Tom was a very pleasant experience, and my husband and I are very happy with them and the job they did that they are now our go-to electricians. We currently are working on an estimate with them for another project for some landscape lighting in our backyard. So happy we found them! Would definitely recommend to friends and family. "Order arrived quickly - all in good condition. Have been using them for quite a while now. I love that the pieces lock together magnetically - so no sliding around. You can choose your colors: top and bottom. You do the measuring - they have instructions on how to do that - and it is very simple. Their order department was very accommodating when I called. "He designed and built the platform in front of the door to our shed and put a ramp on one side of the platform and steps on the other side. This way one can climb the steps with a light load to take to the shed and go up the ramp with a heavier load or a wheelbarrow.
Our garage-door spring snapped and broke on the day we were to trade in our car for a new one on October 27, 2012. He responded promptly and replaced BOTH springs on the garage door and we were able to drive out with the old car and bring in the new car using the garage-door opener later that morning.
My mother-in-law had difficulty going up the steps from the driveway to our back patio. Dennis re-did the steps and built and stained a railing so that she could lean on the railing while going up the brick-lined steps.
He comes weekly to cut our grass in the summer and leaves the invoice on our back patio if we are not home. We have an electronic payment set up through our bank so we can send payment for his invoice electronically. The same with snow removal. If we are not home when it snows more than 2" he plows the snow so that we can drive in without any trouble when we come home from work and he leaves his invoice in our doorway so that we can send the payment through the bank.
