We are currently serving central Pennsylvania in Centre, Clearfield, Jefferson, Blair, and Huntington Counties. We offer a wide range of excavating services including, demolitions, snow control, septic services, and much more.

Vince Destefano started M&D Paving and Sealcoating, INC company in 2000 after leaving his job as a Project Manager at Packard Electric. He was approached by his brother in law in 2000 to start a paving company due to all of the dishonesty in the paving business and was told that if he cared about customer satisfaction, he could build a very successful business. He has based his company's honesty and integrity on his family upbringing. He has also attended multiple paving seminars throughout the years to become educated on the best method for applying asphalt. He considers his paving company a step above the rest, honest and caring about delivering quality. In 2016 he was the runner-up for the Torch Award for Ethics from the Better Business Bureau

"My initial phone call was promptly returned. Estimator arrived as scheduled. He was friendly and professional. Within about 3 weeks received call for next day install. They arrived in full force, ready to go. Everyone was friendly and professional. The Foreman and his crew all worked well together. The whole process was well orchestrated. I have to say that I was impressed with the whole process. I'm very please with the finished driveway."

"last year my driveway was replaced by fisher. this spring cracks appeared on the sides of the driveway. i talked to mr fisher in may. he said they would repair the cracks when the weather improved. i called three more times with no return phone calls. i am concerned water will freeze in the cracks and sides of the driveway will fall off."
