"Went wonderful. After water was shut off, pipe and valve replaced ,and baseboard heating is fine!!! Also inspected all radiators and other base board heating throughout the 3 floor home, just to make sure we were ok before they went! What compassionate care and concern!"

"They arrived on time. Responded with 3 personnel. They removed the old freon immediately and removed the outside and inside unit. It was hot and humid, but they did not complain. The attic is no place for a human in this heat. They prepared the site for the new air handler, installed it quickly and had the system up and cooling in no time.
A slight problem arose after they left at 6 PM in the evening, and they sent a very gracious and professional technician and in fact the installation supervisor responded, after hours!
They had the system running again, and found a faulty part was the problem, not their fault.
The next day they came back to see if the system was working correctly and even cleaned the area of the install more and they did not have to, they gave 110%.
I use and would use UGI for all my heating, cooling needs, they are excellent.

"Mark was fantastic. We contacted him at Noon on Saturday and set up an appointment to go over everything that evening at 7 pm. We were able to discuss our credit and how much we want to spend on a mortgage with him and he was very honest with us in terms of what he could provide us with versus a conventional loan offered by a bank we previously went to.
